Answers to questions about Adobe
Acrobat PDF files.
Most of our literature files are
provided in Adobe PDF format. The
free Acrobat Reader is required to view them.
Viewing Issues: If you are unable to bring
the file up by clicking on the link, try right-clicking the
link and choosing "Save target as" or "Save
link target as." You can then save the file on your hard
drive and open it by double-clicking on it. The files may
take several minutes to load over a slow internet connection,
which can cause a white screen until the file downloads. The
best solution to this is our free Web site on CD.
Printing Issues: If you are unable to print
the files and are using a connection with a speed less than
56kbps, it is likely because the files are not downloading
completely before you push the print button (pages are blank
but Acrobat Reader is open). See solution to viewing issues
above. Saving the file allows you to continue to browse the
site while the file is downloading. The best solution is our
Web site on CD (below).
Web site on CD: We recommend using our free
Web site on CD if you need quick or frequent access to our
literature files. Simply e-mail Sales@EskridgeInc.com
to request it.
