Eskridge Acquired By Ramsey Industries

Olathe Kansas, January, 2008 - We are very excited to announce that Eskridge has become part of the Ramsey Industries family. Eskridge will continue to operate in its current location as a subsidiary of Ramsey Industries providing power transmission solutions utilizing our gear drive and brake products for industrial and mobile equipment. All customer support and business processes will remain as they are.

Eskridge becomes the 3rd Ramsey Industries subsidiary, along side Auto Crane and Ramsey Winch. Under the Auto Crane brand, the company provides a comprehensive line of truck-mounted telescopic cranes, crane service bodies and accessories. Under the Ramsey Winch brand, the company offers a broad range of industrial and consumer winches.

Our customers remain our focus and we will continuously look for ways to improve our quality and delivery while providing cost effective and innovative solutions.
