Our diggers (planetary auger drives) are used heavily in
the utility industry and are gaining popularity for their
versatility in the construction industry. Construction users
can attach our diggers to their excavators, backhoes and skid
steers to quickly and easily dig a hole. This prevents contracting
the job out or purchasing additional equipment.

See specification
sheet as these vary depending on the series. The kickdown
system automatically shifts the unit from
high-speed/low-torque to low-speed/high-torque operation
when operating pressure exceeds
2,000 psi. Once shifted, the unit operates
in low-speed/high-torque mode until the drive is stopped.
Once stopped, the unit resets to high-speed/low-torque
mode. |

| Couplers |
Heavy-duty
hex shaft couplers. Attaches drive unit to the auger
flighting and can adapt output shaft sizes. Rigid design
provides better controllability and eliminates wear
at the coupling. |
